Pennsylvania Reciprocity & Recognition
The laws governing the legal use, storage and carrying of firearms are constantly changing. Below are the applicable laws in the State of Pennsylvania as of 2/14/2013. Reciprocity
(1) The Attorney General shall have the power and duty to enter into reciprocity agreements with other states providing for the mutual recognition of a license to carry a firearm issued by the Commonwealth and a license or permit to carry a firearm issued by the other state. To carry out this duty, the Attorney General is authorized to negotiate reciprocity agreements and grant recognition of a license or permit to carry a firearm issued by another state.
(2) The Attorney General shall report to the General Assembly within 180 days of the effective date of this paragraph and annually thereafter concerning the agreements which have been consummated under this subsection.
A Resident Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearm (LTCF) is honored in the states listed below:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
A Non-Resident Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearm (LTCF) is honored in the states listed below:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
The State of Pennsylvania recognizes all permits from the states listed below:

NOTE: Begining 6/8/2013 the State of Pennsylvania will no longer honor a Non-Resident Florida Concealed Carry Permit.
