Our Course
Our Course, Introduction to Pistol Safety, is a web based class that covers the fundamentals of pistol safety and proficiency in a relaxed, fun way. It is comprised of an introduction video followed by six course videos and is taught by two retired police officers.
Introduction to Pistol Safety was initially designed to serve as a qualification course for applying for the concealed carry permit in Virginia and many other states across the country. Yes, this course is all you need by Virginia law to apply for your concealed carry permit. No range time. No classroom time. Our ninety minute course is it!
Here's how it works:
- Register and pay for the class. Submit your name, email address, and payment information. Ensure that this information
is correct as it will be pre-filled on your certificate upon completion of the class.
- Take the class. It takes under ninety minutes and is packed full of firearm safety knowledge.
- Print your certificate along with the state permit application and take them down to the clerk of the court's office for the area in which you live.
The clerk will send off your application and if approved, you will receive your permit in the mail within forty-five days.
It is really that easy!
