American Firearms Training is an organization dedicated to the safety and proficiency of firearm use and the belief that the right to protect one's self is a fundamental one. Our corporate headquarters is located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia in a small town called McGaheysville. Key proficiencies of our organization include a deep understanding of firearms and an ability to pass on that knowledge to gun enthusiasts from almost any background or skill level. At AFT, the customer is king. Our customer service is nothing less than the gold standard in the firearms education industry.

We offer both online classes designed to meet the educational requirement to obtain a concealed handgun permit, and in-person classes to help you become more comfortable with handling and firing a pistol.
